FIRST LOOK: BOVIS HOMES' STUNNING NEW HOUSES ON SALE NOW AT BROADNOOK
We are excited to bring you news – hot off the press – about the stunning new homes coming to Broadnook by our talented partners at Bovis Homes.
A computer-generated video has been unveiled to offer a glimpse of what the new Bovis Homes will look like.
The range of properties available to reserve will include a two-bedroom coach house priced from £285,995, three-bedroom houses from £339,995, four-bedroom properties from £449,995 and five-bedroom homes from £594,995.
Adrian Wood, sales director for Bovis Homes, said: “This computer-generated video is great because it gives people a good idea of how this new development will look once it is finished.
“The moving images, which begin with an aerial view, showcase the wide streets, the tree-lined avenues and the range of the properties with their generous front gardens.
“The video also illustrates how this sustainable development will blend in seamlessly with the surrounding environment through the use of a range of architectural features and materials typically seen in the local area, such as Brunswick red bricks, Tudor boarding and splayed arched brickwork above windows and arched doorways.
“People can see what an attractive addition this new neighbourhood will be to the area.”
The Bovis Homes properties will include a range of high-specification two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes for sale, with 28 homes being provided as affordable housing available for local people through affordable rent, shared ownership or discounted sale.
Broadnook Garden Village is set to deliver 1,950 new homes alongside land for employment use, a new local centre, supermarket, and primary school. The masterplan also includes an assisted living retirement village and a care home, as well as sports facilities, open spaces, play areas, and allotments.
